These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GeoJason website located at geojason.com ("the Site") and the tools and content provided on it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

Description of Service

GeoJason provides free, browser-based tools for working with GeoJSON data, including viewers, validators, converters, calculators, and spatial operation tools. The Site also provides educational guides and reference material about GeoJSON and related geospatial formats. All data processing occurs entirely within your web browser.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Site in a manner that places excessive load on our servers
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Site's tools or content without permission
• Use the Site to process data that you do not have the right to use

Your Data

All GeoJSON data and other files you paste, upload, or create using our tools are processed entirely in your web browser. Your data is never transmitted to our servers. We do not collect, store, access, or have any ability to recover your data. You are solely responsible for the data you process using our tools.

Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, text content, guides, and documentation are the property of GeoJason and are protected by copyright. The tools are provided for your use under these Terms. Output generated by the tools (converted files, calculated results, etc.) belongs to you. The open-source libraries used by the Site (Turf.js, Leaflet, etc.) are governed by their respective licenses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results produced by the tools.

You should independently verify any output from our tools before using it in production systems, legal documents, navigation, surveying, or any application where accuracy is critical.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoJason and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or errors in tool output.

Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services including Google AdSense for advertising and OpenStreetMap for map tiles. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
